Phoenix!

She should seem a bit familiar...

She is, after all, Red. And Alice as Red is based after Phoenix as Red (or vise versa), so I really should have titled my Alice piece as, 'Red as Phoenix as Alice'.

Phoenix isn't canon as a character in my story, sadly. Red only has superpowers in her dreams.

But more about the actual hero! She doesn't carry a weapon (though she does have a halberd... that she doesn't use XD), and she tries to avoid most fighting. Her superpowers are flight (obviously), control of fire, and her tears.

She has five types of tears:
1) the normal, clear, I-have-something-in-my-eye sort,
2) the golden, shown-in-picture sort. These heal wounds and sickness (though they can't replace missing pieces) She can only shed these out of *real* love - not the crushy, romantic Disney kind.
3) The red kind, which makes it look like she's crying blood. These ignite the moment they touch anything other that Phoenix, and they don't go out until she's calmed down. These are created from angry tears - the angrier she is, the hotter the fire.
4) The black tears. These are like acid, utterly destroying anything in their path. Phoenix isn't sure how to create these, as she's never done it, but it definitely takes some dark emotions.
5) The final tear. It's only one, and color may vary. Phoenixes are immortal, and can be reborn in their flames (Not this one so much). But when they tire of their life, they can weep their final tear, and at their choice, their soul will either pass on to the next world, or remain in the final tear. With the latter, if the tear is drunk, the drinker's body will be host to both the drinker's soul, and the phoenix.
